The first hour. This will be the minimum charge for any work done for you. This applies to work done at your place, or at mine. If we have to travel to you, there may be a small charge to cover travelling expenses. If you live really far away we will discuss expenses in advance.
Each half-hour after the first hour. Some jobs will take more than an hour to complete. Time is billed in 30 minute increments. However, if the work you need done is likely to take longer than 4 hours,
we can discuss a fixed fee in advance.
Diagnosis. Sometimes a repair to your Mac can turn out to be uneconomical. In these circumstances, or if you simply decide not to proceed with any repair, you only pay for the diagnosis of the problem.
If you go ahead with any repairs there is no diagnosis fee.
