Support, Advice and Repairs. When it comes to Macs, finding these three things in Scotland is quite difficult. Nearly everyone knows someone who is ‘good with computers’ and most towns have a PC Repair shop. Take a Mac to them and they will probably ridicule you for owning one, try to explain why a ‘PC’ is better and be no help to you at all. It doesn’t matter where you are. We can travel, or you can ship your Mac to us. We will find a way of helping you.
Service, service, service. It’s all about service! Poor service is what Fix My Mac was born from. Having my beloved Mac taken away for 10 days when it was only 1 week old left me feeling pretty angry. Mac users deserve better. Our computers are an integral part of our life and/or business and when things go wrong, we need them fixed quickly.
My goal is to give you what I wanted when my own Mac developed a problem. I want to offer a level of service that exceeds your expectations and will be adapted to suit you. Weekdays, evenings and weekends. Collection and delivery, usually at no extra cost. No Call-Out charges. Simple, jargon free advice and tuition. We will come to you, if required.
